Terms Of Services
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
General Terms
I reserve the right to refuse any commission without need for explanation.
Visual references are preferred but not required, other aspects (pose, mood, colors, etc) can be specified or left up to the artist’s discretion.
Discriminatory or hateful content/behaviour will not be tolerated.
Process
Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than roughly 1 to 2 weeks and any delay will be notified. If for any reason I cannot complete a commission within 90 days of ordering, I will issue a full refund.
WIPs will be sent at no extra cost.
After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made.
Payment
Payment is required before any work begins. Commissions over 50€ can be paid half upfront and half after completion.
Once payments are received, they are nonrefundable.
I accept payment using Paypal invoices.
I will send the final piece with full dpi and resolution after I receive full payment.
Cancelling / Refunding Policy
Once payments are received, they are non-refundable. ​
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.
The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.
If money has not been sent yet, the commission may be canceled by either the commissioner or me, the artist.
At any point during a commission, if I do not receive a needed reply from you within two weeks (14 days), the commission may be canceled.
Copyright / Usage Policy
I, the artist, retain full rights to the original artwork and can post it on my social media.
All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes only unless specified.
The commissioner is allowed to: Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist (@deadground_).
The commissioner is not allowed to:
Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off the art by distributing or reproducing it in any way.)
Take credit for the creation of the artwork.
Remove any watermarks/signatures.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
With commercial rights, you may profit off merchandise based on my art.
Credit is still required for the usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
